The Aquadome and Fitness Centre

No other hotel in Jersey has a leisure facility to compare with the Aquadome - the Merton Hotel's exclusive pool and fitness centre.

Inside, under the dome, it's a subtropical 27C, with an exciting water slide, lazy river, cascade fountains and spa pools.

Outside, there's another pool with it's own fountain and spa, plus a children's play area - all supervised by our fully qualified lifeguards. And 2008 saw the introduction of the exciting new £1million attraction, Flowrider. The FlowRider wave is the only one of it’s kind in the UK, allowing you to enjoy the thrills and spills of surfing or bodyboarding. Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or experienced surfer, snow- or skate-boarder, you’ll get a real buzz from the excitement this brand new attraction offers.

You'll find a fully-equipped fitness centre, as well as a separate sauna and steam room.

The Star Room

When it comes to entertainment, The Star Room continues to offer amongst the best on the Island with live music and shows every night between June and September and at weekends throughout the rest of the year. There's a varied programme including cabaret, floor shows and dancing to live music and it's all free to residents of the Hotel.

A Paradise for Children

The Kids Zone

Designed for 3 to 12 year olds, the Kids Zone operates each evening between 6.30pm and 9.30pm between Whitsun and the end of August and at the weekend at all other times. Each night there is a different set of supervised activities and fun events. Plus for every child who enrols in the Kids Zone there is a special activity bag packed full of goodies to help them enjoy their holiday.

Walks with Webb

Pete Webb is the Merton Hotel's Leisure Co-ordinator and a registered Blue Badge Guide. He has created a range of daily walks exclusively for guests of Seymour Hotels.

His knowledge of Jersey's history and folklore will guarantee you a fascinating insight into the island - from the capital of St Helier to the rugged coastline in the North.
